Return and Shipping Policy:


Terms of Sales: Each piece of Zivot ordered is hand made. ANY returns must be made within fifteen (15) business days from the date of order, as evidenced by the date on the original order accepted by the computer or the sale will be considered final. No exceptions.

Credit Card Use: Zivot accepts American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover and Debit Cards. By ending the transaction for your purchase/s through this site, you, the card holder, authorizes Zivot International to charge your card, as listed on the order form, for the amount of the purchase and the shipping and also indicate acceptance of all of the “terms and conditions” stated herein. Further, the buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of their card issuers agreement and to pay the billed amount according to the card issuer’s payment agreement.

Creative License: Each creation of Zivot is hand made and individually decorated or hand set by our artisans in both the US and the Czech Republic. Although the styles will be as close as possible to the picture, slight variations may occur. Customer grants Zivot and our designer’s creative license on each piece. The design variations should not be considered defects in the piece but characteristics of the artisan’s craftsmanship. No refunds, credits nor returns will be allowed due to slight creative differences in each Zivot creation.

Returns: No returns will be accepted without written authorization by Zivot. All returns must be made within fifteen (15) business days from date of order. Returns made without prior authorization from Zivot will be refused. All authorized returns must be received by Zivot in its original state. Return shipping costs are at customer’s expense. If returned items are received broken, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. No refunds will be made until items are returned in their original state by Zivot. A credit will be issued to your account at that time. Credits can usually take up to six (6) weeks to appear on your credit card account.

Return of Damaged Items: Every attempt to secure your shipment from breakage is made when shipping your Zivot item. In the unlikely event your item is received damaged, please call us at 1-800-230-5938 to obtain your return shipping label. Please ship the item back in another box with the item, the original box and packaging inside. This is required for insurance purposes.

Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, Zivot shipments will be sent the most cost effective ground service by USPS or UPS. All prices are FOB Orlando, Florida USA. All shipping costs and are an additional charge that is added to you total billing account All shipments have insurance added into the shipping costs and added to the total for each purchase.
